An amount of ₹20.90 lakh has been allocated for subsidies to dairy farmers, calf rearing, poultry farming, veterinary services, and various welfare schemes for fisherfolk.

Education

An amount of ₹22.75 lakh has been allocated for smart classrooms, learning materials, and essential infrastructure facilities for schools, with the objective of improving the educational standards of students.

Healthcare Sector

An amount of ₹29.23 lakh has been allocated to provide quality healthcare services to the public and strengthen services including palliative care. Importance has also been given to improving services in the Allopathy, Ayurveda, and Homoeopathy sectors.

LIFE Housing Scheme

Approximately ₹9.50 crore has been allocated for the LIFE Mission Housing Scheme to provide houses for homeless and landless homeless families. This is one of the major initiatives aimed at ensuring housing security within the Panchayat.

Women, Children and Persons with Disabilities

Special funds have been allocated for strengthening the functioning of Anganwadis, nutrition programmes, assistance schemes for persons with disabilities, and women empowerment activities.

Social Welfare

The budget includes necessary financial support for elderly welfare, assistance to the destitute, social security activities, and various welfare schemes.

Infrastructure Development

An amount of ₹1.33 crore has been allocated for the construction and renovation of rural roads. Special consideration has also been given to street lighting, electricity facilities, and the development of public infrastructure.
