📋 Panchayat Complaint Register
The Panchayat Complaint Register is a facility for submitting complaints directly at the Grama Panchayat office. Complaints received are registered and forwarded to the concerned officials, who take the necessary follow-up actions.
🤝 Public Grievance Day
Public Grievance Day provides an opportunity for citizens to directly present their complaints, concerns, and requirements in the presence of the Panchayat President, Secretary, and concerned officials.
🌐 Online Complaint Submission
Complaints can be submitted through the online portals of the State Government and the Local Self Government Department. Citizens can also track the progress of their complaints through these portals.

Complaints and suggestions can be communicated using the official e-mail address and telephone number of the Panchayat.
📮 Complaint Box
Written complaints can be submitted through the complaint box installed at the Panchayat office. The complaints are examined at regular intervals and necessary action is taken.
📄 Right to Information Act (RTI)
Applications can be submitted under the Right to Information Act (RTI) to obtain information related to public services and to understand relevant procedures and actions.
🏛️ Complaints to Higher Authorities
Complaints that are not resolved at the Panchayat level can be submitted to higher authorities such as the Block Panchayat, District Panchayat, Local Self Government Department, and Office of the Joint Director.
⚖️ Ombudsman / Tribunal
The Ombudsman and Tribunal mechanisms are available for submitting complaints regarding corruption, irregularities, misuse of authority, and other issues related to Local Self Government Institutions.
✅ Things to Keep in Mind While Filing a Complaint
- Clearly mention the name, address, and phone number of the complainant.
- Provide a clear and detailed description of the complaint.
- Attach copies of relevant supporting documents.
- Keep the date of submission and acknowledgement/receipt safely for future reference.
