All social security pension beneficiaries who were sanctioned pensions by Thalayazham Grama Panchayat on or before December 31, 2025, are required to complete Mustering through an Akshaya Centre on or before September 30, 2026.

Thalayazham Grama Panchayat, located within the jurisdiction of Vaikom Block Panchayat in Kottayam District, is a local self-government institution covering an area of 22.41 square kilometres. The Panchayat headquarters is located at Thalayazham. The Panchayat currently has 15 wards, with 16 wards as per the revised delimitation.
